Code of Conduct

The Artist will be punctual to all bookings, including but not limited to castings, wardrobe fittings, paid commission work and non-paid commissioned work (Test Shoot). If there arises a situation where punctuality will be impeded, i.e. travel disruption, the Artist will promptly inform the Agency and/or direct contact for the commissioned work with an updated time of arrival.

 

 The Artist will not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation of the Agency, criminal, or otherwise.

 

The Artist will not consume unauthorised alcohol or illicit drugs, other than prescribed medications, while in the undertaking of commissioned work, unless expressly requested for the purposes of the engagement by the Client direct to Us.

 

The Artist must not engage in direct communications with any Client regarding future commissioned work that falls under the terms of the Representation Contract.

 

If there is a dispute on set, the Artist will defer to the Agency to resolve the issue, or at least make the Agent in charge aware of the dispute so that they may offer advice on how best to proceed.

 

The Artist will be honest and truthful about all information granted the Agency, including, but not limited to their wardrobe sizes, employment status, date of birth etc.

 

The Artist will, at all times, while employed on any commissioned work, act in a professional manner becoming of a representative of Plebs Agency Ltd.
